Hii!! We’re looking for someone to take this double en-suite bedroom in a gorgeous two bed flat in Parson’s Green! My housemate is sadly moving out after living here for three years, so we’re looking for a lovely person to replace her.

This is the main bedroom, with gorgeous built in wardrobes (lots of storage!), classic shutters, and huge windows. It has a king-sized bed, and room for a desk if you needed to wfh! The en-suite has a shower, bath (!) and storage. It will come with a king-sized bed, but no other furniture.

About the flat: It’s a lovely two bed flat, in a really secure and safe development. It has a huge sunny living room, with a big dining table (perfect for nice dinners!). We’ve really loved making this place a cosy home, and would want someone who felt the same!

Rent - £1,400 not including bills which come to about £180 each. There would be a deposit required, and referencing through our letting agent.

Current flatmate: You’d be living with me, 25 and working in the civil service. I’m keen to find someone who is also keen to keep this a calm, tidy and happy space!!

Move in date would be mid-November!
