and water rates - the utility bills are split between the flat mates and don't add up to much. We have a big flat over 3 levels.
Current flatmates are 4 females all working in marketing and creative industries. We are looking for a new female flatmate who is English speaking and also a working professional.
We're a pretty chilled out bunch, we often have dinner together in the living room midweek (sometimes watching awful reality tv or a rom com) and tend to do our own thing at weekends. We would like someone social and friendly who'll join in on our chats on the couch but also considerate - we all clean up after ourselves and are conscious that this is a must in a flat of 5 people!
