We are looking for long term friendly, tidy and quiet housemate (NOT a party house but you are welcome to invite friends if you want).
You will be living with two housemates, both fun and very friendly, one of them an actor/producer, and the other one working in catering. It is a gay-friendly household.
The landlord is friendly and helpful so you won’t have to worry about that.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house is a 3 level ex-council house with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, 4 kitchen hobs and washing machine), bathroom + separate WC and wooden floor. There is no living room, but there is space in the kitchen with the dining area.
ABOUT THE ROOM
Fully furnished double room located on the third floor of the house with: double bed, bed side table and a small writing desk. The room faces the west and overlooks the trees, so it is well lit, but avoids the direct glare. There is no closet inside the room to gain extra space but there is a large closet just outside of it. The room is also a short corridor away from the bathroom.
LOCATION
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to:
• Queen’s Road Peckham Overground station (3 min walking distance) so it has very good connection with London Bridge and Canada Water.
• Buses 36, 436, 171, P12, P13, 136, 177, 453, 53, 21, 172
• Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi and Asda and plenty of cafes and pubs, including a great bakery.
RENT
You will have to pay only £660 a month which includes everything! (Sometimes there might be another extra 5-15 pounds added for cleaning stuff but this is it). No hidden expenses or fees. The rent is due every 5th of the month.
