A fully furnished, clean room, which hasn’t had anyone stay in it, (You will be the first).

There are NO PARKING RESTRICTIONS and it is only a 4-min walk to Queens Road Peckham Station. The Overground and National Rail trains offer a commute to London Bridge and Canada Water within 8 minutes. Buses to West-End, Lewisham and Bermondsey a very short walk away.

Close to, Blackbird Bakery, a Tesco Express, with a Sainsbury’s Local only a minute away.

A larger shopping centre, market, bars and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away.

Housemate required
I require a female professional, who is respectful of privacy, space, and who is clean and tidy. I am requesting a female flatmate as personal experience informs me that they have been more respectful of their home and their surroundings.

Your room is furnished to a good standard. Facilities include a fridge freezer, washing dryer, microwave oven and high-speed broadband / WiFi.
