Zone 2 - Double Room

Double room in modern quiet flat, great transport links. Living with me, the owner.

Me - Architect. Music is my main passion, but clubbing days are pretty much over. Have a radio show which is my outlet for it these days! I’m a keen boxer for fitness (when I’m not injured), but normally home in the evenings. Social at the weekend. Very chilled home looking for a lodger of a similar age or older (hence putting 40 years on the advert).

Living room photos are out of date, now with a more spacious living room layout. Will update when have the chance. Most of the bedroom furniture is brand new Ikea, including the mattress.

I’ll be doing viewings early November, with a view to get someone in by early December if can make it work. Current lodger moves out late November.
