The room to rent (including bills) is a spacious double with a triple wardrobe and a King size bed.

You would have sole use of the main bathroom.

The complex is gated and off the main road so it’s quiet but it is still only a 6 minute walk from Queens Road Station Peckham and about a 10-12 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station.

I am in my late 30's and I enjoy life in balance; I love to socialise and travel but I equally enjoy my quiet haven. It would be lovely to have a housemate who is equally sociable, enjoys a chat and dinner/drinks together.

I work from the office 4 days a week and
the apartment would suit you best if you don’t wfh (the majority of the time).
