Hey All,

I am looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in this lovely Peckham flat as of next year!

It is a 2 bed, 1 bath flat. It get’s lots of natural light which is always a bonus in London! It is open plan with all the mod cons including dishwasher.

Located right in the heart of everything Peckham has to offer. Location is unbeatable being right on the doorstep of Rye Lane and a 7 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station which has direct links to Victoria and London Bridge. There are an abundance of cafes, restaurants pubs/bars all minutes away, Peckham Rye Park is also close by. As well as a 5 minute walk to Bellenden Rd and 15 minute walk to East Dulwich/Lordship Lane.

The bedroom itself comes with a large wardrobe, otherwise it’s yours to make your own. So it is currently unfurnished.
It can fit a desk or a nice otherwise a nice little seating nook with room for additional storage (I’ve shown both options in the photos)

About me and the flat. I’m 42, work in advertising. I do approx. 2-3 WFH days per week, although I have desk in my room so can work from there dependant on schedules. I like to go out and socialise, though I enjoy a calm and peaceful house that feels like a home. Love to have a wine and a chat but also completely respect that people need their own space. The flat is currently quite neat and tidy, so quite important for someone who is happy to keep that vibe going. Ideally looking for somebody 30+ who has similar ideas to the above.

Rent is $990 per month + bills which at the moment are totalling $170. .
