Comfortable furnished double room in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat, shared with just one other person.

You’ll have your own large private bathroom for exclusive use, with bath and shower. It is separate from the bedroom rather than en-suite.

The room comes with a double bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair, plus additional ottoman storage.

One of the best features of the flat is the very spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with plenty of room to cook, eat, work or relax without feeling on top of one another. The kitchen is fully equipped with everyday essentials and includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

The £275 fixed bills contribution is calculated from the current household costs and covers your share of:

The flat is on the ground floor of a modern low-rise development on a quiet street with restricted through traffic. CCTV operates around the development, and the flat is around 3 minutes’ walk from Burgess Park.

Camberwell, Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye, Dulwich and Elephant & Castle are all easily accessible, and there is a large Tesco around 10 minutes away.

Bike storage is available.

We have a weekly cleaner, and in between we keep the flat clean and tidy ourselves. We don’t wear outdoor shoes inside.

I’m looking for someone friendly, chilled, tidy and respectful. Working from home is absolutely fine.
