Walk to the Goldsmiths University, 10-15 mins. (3 stops by Bus)

Walk to New Cross Gate station, 10-15 mins. (3 stops by Bus)

Walk to Bus Stops, 2 mins, and many shops (Lidl, ASDA, Sainsbury's), amenities and park near the flat.

It is a quiet and respectful flat share with manners - currently all professionals and graduates.

You will share a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet.

The room is fully furnished - for Single use only.

Minimum stay : 12 Months

- Double Room at £600 including all bills and council tax, available from 31st March (minimum 12 months or longer stay)

One month Deposit, One month Notice, Rent pay Monthly in advance.
