Cosy room in Peckham (3 months)

Hi there,

We have a cosy room with 1 bed 1 bath available in our large spacious modern home in between Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham on a quiet pedestrianised street just off a great little park.

About us
We are a queer couple vegetarian couple living with our gorgeous calm cat and working in music and anti-racism charity work.
We both love the gym as much as we love chilling in the living room or doing anything creative. This is not a party house at all but we do have friends round for dinner or tea occasionally. This is our home and we like to care for it and keep it clean as best we can.

The Room
The room is small but perfectly formed with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, desk and chair. There is a shower room right next to the bedroom which is predominantly only used by you. The room is in perfect order, recently decorated and ready for you to just roll up and settle in.

The house
We have a 3 storey home in central Peckham with a cute courtyard garden, eat in kitchen with huge fridge and brand new washing machine. A huge living room on the 1st floor along with the available room and guest bathroom. My partner and I have our bedroom on the 2nd floor along with another bathroom. There are natural wooden floors throughout. The house is next to a park and has free off street parking available.

You
We are looking for a chilled single person in their 30’s or 20’s to fill the room. As a vegetarian home we would prefer someone who will happily not eat or store meat in the house. It would be fantastic if you are okay with cats and do not have any pets of your own. We are happy to accept short lets of a minimum of 3 months.

The area
Peckham is an incredible place to live filled with restaurants, cafes, bars and more all within 10 mins of the house. The nearest proper supermarket is about 10 minutes walk and both Queens Road Peckham station and Peckham Rye station are under a 10 minute walk with incredible bus links just down the road.
