I'm travelling for just over 1 month from September 25, 2026 to October 31, 2026 so looking to rent my room. I own the flat so looking for someone tidy and clean who will look after the space and be respectful of my housemate - solo occupancy only (no couples sorry).
It's £1,000/month incl bills. Room is massive with a king size bed. There are two living spaces - one set up for WFH which you're welcome to use.
Sharing with one female housemate who doesn't WFH. A dog is occasionally in the flat so no cats unfortunately - but dogs are welcome! Broadband, Netflix, Prime etc. included.
Lots of parks nearby for dog walking. Really quiet road- pedestrianised in front of the flat so no passing traffic. Great local community - loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
