Hi I’m Emma & have a lovely double room in terrace house on quiet, friendly street just off Queens Road Peckham. It’s about 5min walk to Queens Road Peckham station with all those great travel connections-trains to London Bridge, Dalston Junction, Clapham Junction, West Croydon & numerous buses. I’m between Camberwell & Goldsmiths.
The available room is a small double at the back of the house overlooking the garden with double bed & free standing single wardrobe.
It’s an arty house, clean, comfortable & relaxing.
Bathroom has bath & shower.
The kitchen is light & opens onto the garden. Has a gas range cooker, washing machine, pots & pans etc.
You would be sharing the house with me- I’m an artist & work from the shed in the garden full time. I’m always happy to chat, respecting each other’s time & privacy is also very important.
