Single room in Peckham

Please note this room is only available for June. I am happy for you to move in a few days before if needed.

All bills included except for electric as it’s on a meter. Internet can be used downstairs.

It is a single room for one person. My son used to use it but he has moved out.

I plan to paint this room before letting it out but if you are happy to move in as it is then that is also fine.

There are two flights of stairs in this property and you will need to go downstairs to use the loo as it is seperate from the bathroom.
Has patio area outside front door which you can smoke in if needed. I don’t allow smoking inside.

My son lives here full time and I visit on weekends due to working out of the area.
