There's a huge, well-kept garden shared with the adjacent house where the landlord, a local architect, lives with his housemates and a large poodle. Nunhead Village with its amazing food outlets is a part of Peckham’s great creative and cultural life: Peckham Levels, Frank’s famous rooftop bar, the Plex - the cheapest coolest cinema in London - Bold Tendencies arts centre and amazing local restaurants and markets. Excellent transport: Zone 2, 10 mins by train to London Bridge, Blackfriars and Victoria and 15 mins to Clapham Junction, lots of buses, overground, well connected via Peckham Rye and Queens Road stations.
