Sunny Spacious Duplex in Pekcham

I'm looking for two friendly, clean and respectful professionals to join me in my flat. It's a bright, spacious place with a great feel and everything you need close by.

The flat
Two rooms available - you'll share a bathroom between the two of you, and I have my own. Plenty of natural light, good sized rooms and a relaxed home vibe. Not a party house, just a nice, quiet place to come home to.

What's included
Gas and internet are covered in the rent. Water, council tax and electricity aren't included but split equally but shouldn't be more than £100–£150 a month each.

Bonus - the office
There's a dedicated office space in the flat. When I'm not using it you're welcome to, handy if you ever need a quiet spot to work from home.

Who I'm looking for
Someone who keeps shared spaces clean and tidy, is considerate of others and treats the flat like a home. Ideally you'll be working from the office for the majority of working week.
