You will be sharing with 3 friendly and tidy housemates, 2 of which have lived here with me since 2023 and the other who joined us last year, who has become a great friend! We all have encouraged socialising together as much as we can but also respect when we all need peace and quiet!
Looking for a fourth member (ideally a girl) just to keep the balance. We’re hoping to find someone who is nice, tidy, considerate and happy to be part of a friendly and respectful home.
Bills will consist of Water, Electricity, Council Tax (Band C) and Wifi, so in total ranging to £90-£100 per month on top of £775 rent. This is the rent from May 2025 so there may be an increase depending on the landlords choice.
You will be responsible for the Thames Water account.
Transport is handy, you got a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk with routes 63, 363, 381, 78 as well as a 10 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station. Lidl, Morrisons, Rye Lane, Peckham Library and the leisure centre are also within 5-10 minute walking distance.
Our landlord requires all tenants to be in full-time employment, unfortunately no students or couples allowed. The contract is 12 months and you must provide a reference from your previous landlord.
