Bright Double Room with Garden in Peckham

Bright, spacious double room in a two-bed Victorian terrace in Peckham - 5 min walk from Queen's Road station.

The room gets loads of natural light and overlooks a quiet south-facing garden. The house has a connected living room and dining room, which gives it a lovely sociable feel.

It's a short walk from Queen's Road (Overground and national rail into London Bridge). You're super close to both Rye Lane and Nunhead, there's loads of green space nearby (Nunhead cem is a highlight) and it's around the corner from some great spots - Old Nunshead, Sauna Social Club, Skehans, Goodcup etc.

Looking for someone tidy, sociable and friendly to share the space with (mid 20s/30s, and preferably the fun kind who are up for a pint). You'll be living with Luke (me, 30). I work in comms in Central London during the week. I love socialising, but also pottering about, cooking and having people round for dinner.

The house is in Council Tax Band C. The bills aren't included. I'm pretty flexible with tenancy length. Looking for someone to take it before the end of April.
