Single room available in a 2 bed, 2 bath shared flat, in a quiet area, 15 min walk from King’s college hospital, between Denmark hill and elephant & castle.

You will be sharing with one other person, a 29 year old female.

The bedroom comes with your own private spacious bathroom. The room is small but comfortably fits a single bed and a wardrobe with still some extra space left. One wall also has shelving top to bottom.

My other flatmate also spends most of her time in her room so you would be able to use the open plan living room a lot. We have a nice desk with shelving that can be assembled and set up for you in the living room if you work from home or just want a desk setup.

You’ll have your own bathroom with good natural lighting, a bathtub and lots of storage space. The kitchen has enough storage for two people, a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all appliances are there already + my flatmate is happy to share her cookware and dinnerware.

Room is £825 + bills (ca £150 per month) and there will be a ca 5 weeks deposit exchange with myself. You would replace me in the current contract, which has become a periodic rolling contract from 01 May. Professionals preferred due to council tax. 😊

The move in date is flexible as I can arrange to vacate my room within 1-2 weeks whilst the contract and reference are being handled by the letting agent.
