Hi! I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful to take over my tenancy in a lovely second-floor flat (with lift access).

You’ll have your own unfurnished bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower (my housemate has her own ensuite, so the main bathroom is essentially yours).

The flat has a great layout with a separate kitchen and a cosy shared living room, which opens onto a balcony — perfect for a morning coffee or some fresh air. There’s also a secure gated car park with a dedicated parking space and bike storage.

Quick note: there was previously a minor pipe leak in the bathroom which has now been fully resolved. A few tiles are due to be replaced shortly by the landlord.

You’d be living with Rachel, an actress who also works in wellness teaching yoga, Pilates and sound therapy. The vibe at home is calm, clean and respectful — ideal for someone who values a peaceful environment, is fairly independent, but also friendly and easy to live with.

The flat would probably suit a working professional or creative who enjoys having a relaxed, grounded home environment rather than a big party house.
