The flat has a great layout with a separate kitchen and a cosy shared living room, which opens onto a balcony — perfect for a bit of fresh air or a morning coffee. There’s also a secure gated car park with a dedicated parking space.
Quick note: there was a minor pipe leak in the bathroom which has now been fully resolved. A few tiles are due to be replaced shortly by the landlord.
The vibe at home is calm, clean, and respectful — ideal for someone who’s independent but also friendly and easy to live with.
