I’m looking for someone to take over my bright double room from early June in a friendly 4 bedroom house in Peckham. Only leaving to be closer to work but sad to be leaving this great area.
The room comes with a double bed, bedside table, clothes rail, desk and drawers. It overlooks the backyard and gets lovely afternoon sun.
The house has a seperate living, kitchen and laundry with one full bathroom, and two toilets.
There are lots of great restaurants and pubs nearby, the house is a 5 minute walk to both Bellenden Road and Peckham Rye and 10mins walk to Lordship Lane.
It’s also conveniently located being only a 10mins walk to Peckham Rye Station.
It’s a very friendly, relaxed house - everyone does their own thing but we often catch up over dinner, or traitors viewing.
