Short-term sublet in Peckham - June 1st to 25th

Sublet available in Peckham (South East London) — June 1st–25th 🌿

Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room while I’m away from June 1st to June 25th. Ideally looking for one person who can stay for most or all of the period, though shorter stays within those dates could also be considered.

The house is a beautiful, spacious, modern 3-bedroom home on a peaceful residential street in Peckham. It’s:
5 mins walk from Queens Road Peckham station + Tesco Local
13 mins walk from Peckham Rye station + Rye Lane
The house has:

✨ Big modern kitchen
✨ 3 bathrooms (including 1 ensuite)
✨ Gorgeous garden out back
✨ Washing machine + dishwasher + everything you need

The available room has:
🛏 Double bed
🪴 Big window facing the garden
💻 Desk for working/studying
👕 Wardrobe + chest of drawers + plenty of storage

You’d be living with two friendly housemates (guys, 28 & 31) who are PhD students in ecology. The house is social, chill, queer-friendly, and clean — we take really good care of the space and would want someone who’d do the same.
No pets please.

Rent (bills included):
£260/week
or £850 for June 1st–25th altogether

*Also, if someone is looking for somewhere immediately, one of my housemates is away temporarily, so there is a possibility to stay in his room before switching into mine on June 1st.
