Unfortunately my lovely housemate is moving out to be closer to work, so I’ve got a spare room available in my flat in Peckham (Zone 2) 🫶🏽

The flat:
• 2 bed, 2 bath, split over 2 levels
• 10 min walk to Peckham Rye station + bus stop right outside
• Large open-plan kitchen/living area upstairs
• Bathroom upstairs with washer + dryer
• 2 spacious bedrooms downstairs (fits a double bed easily)
• Second bathroom downstairs with shower/bath

Rent: £1,100 pcm + bills (usually around £200)
Move-in: July 1st latest
Contract: 12 months 
Bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the house TBC on what my housemate wants to take with her in the move

About me:
I’m 26 and work in retail + hospitality, so I’m out a lot and the flat is often pretty quiet. I’m easygoing, tidy, respectful of space, and would love a home that feels calm, friendly, and comfortable rather than a party flat. Would love to live with someone with similar interests

Looking for:
A female flatmate (roughly 23–38), ideally someone chill, tidy, considerate, and independent but friendly. Sadly no pets.
