Heya! We have a room available in our lovely home in Peckham (SE15). You’ll be living with three amazing girls, all working professionals aged 25-29. We’re a sociable and friendly bunch who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space.

The house is in a peaceful residential area but close to fantastic bars and restaurants. We are a few mins walk away from Queens Road station, so getting into central, east and south London is super easy, plus excellent bus connections.

The property also boasts a cozy lounge and a separate kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Our current housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a new flatmate to join us from 27th June.

Rent is £883.34, Deposit is £1003.82 pcm, and bills work out to £100-150 in winter.
