4 housemates in Peckham looking for 5th housemate

We are 4 Goldsmiths students looking for a housemate to move into our beautiful home in peckham! Our current housemate is sadly moving out, and due to our licensing we are only able to have students!

The room is a double bedroom which has lots of light, a garden facing window, a (non working) fireplace, and a built in wardrobe. The house has an open plan kitchen living space, large garden and all amenities. We have to bathrooms, two showers and a bathtub. We are roughly equidistant between Peckham Queens Road and Peckham Rye, so loads of transport links.

We are a tight knit, creative household, we loving going to the pub, going to gigs and having dinner together. We are extremely respectful of each others and place value in balancing both social and non social time.
