We have a stunning room available in our detached villa in the heart of Peckham.

Our wonderful housemates Chanelle and Cody are sadly having to move out unexpectedly so we're looking for a friendly professional or couple in their late 20s/30s to join our house/community.

ABOUT THE ROOM

An extra large double bedroom - the largest in the house. Forward facing, the room has three bay windows, an open fireplace and georgian floorboards.

Can come with bed, little sofa and a desk - but yours to furnish if you want to change that.

Couple's rent would be £1,550 with council tax included. Bills amount to around £85 per person.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

The house is a detached 1830's Georgian villa. Behind the house lies an expansive garden, including a lawn, wisteria tunnel, orchard and vegetable patch. We share a kitchen, living room (with piano) and dining room, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a bath and shower.

The area is very safe and well served by bus stations right in front of the house and rail (Peckham Rye and Queensroad Peckham stations 15-20 min walk).

ABOUT US

We are professionals in our late 20s and early 30s. Although we have busy lives we make a real effort to spend time together whenever we can during dinners and movie nights. We've grown close through the house share and we'd love to find someone who wants to join a real community and pitch in with a bit of gardening. It's really more of a home than a house share for us!

Piano players are welcome!

Move in date is from the 10th of July (but flexible both ways).
