Hey there!

I'm Sam and I'm looking to replace my flatmate of 4 years, who is moving out around August/September to move in with his partner.

About the flat:

The flat is a 2 bed, 1 bathroom on the first floor with a spacious kitchen and living room. The space gets plenty of daylight and there's a beautiful tree right next to the balcony which also gets a lot of sun (on the odd occasion it's not grey). There's a large communal garden with a few friendly stray cats and my own BBQ unit that you're more than welcome to use.

The bedroom itself is mostly furnished, including bed frame, mattress, chest of drawers, and wardrobe but there's still space for a desk and bedside table if needed. It faces the communal garden with a slight view of the Shard and gets little noise during the nighttime.

About me:
I'm a 32 year old project manager for D/OOH advertising and work in the Hammersmith/Shepard's Bush area 2 days a week. I'm a affable and easygoing person as well as a big film/tv/pop culture fan and am always keen to get new recommendations. In my free time I like to write, go boulding, and meet up/have drinks with friends. I'm keen to bring in a new flatmate who enjoys chatting/hanging out but also values personal time.
