Looking for someone to take over my room in a really nice house in Peckham. The room is bright (south-facing) and gets plenty of natural light. The house has recently been updated with freshly painted walls and new carpets (apart from one wallpapered wall in the room).
Location is great with just a 5-minute walk to Peckham Rye Station.
You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals (one female, one male). The house has a large shared living room and a garden.
Rent is £950 a month including bills.
Move-in date is ideally 14th August, but there’s flexibility and an earlier move from 1st August could work as well.
There’s also a fairly new bed in the room which I’d be happy to sell for a small additional cost if you’re interested.
