Cozy room in Peckham, great location & huge patio

I'm leaving my room in Peckham, minutes from the big morrisons and looking for someone to take it over. Flat is super homey with lots of space, including a study & garden. Lovely flatmates who are a joy to live with. Looking for someone friendly who'll settle in well to a social house!

Council tax included in the rent and kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Ideal move in date 7th august but negotiable by a week or so. Fyi a very friendly orange cat is probably going to be moving in around a similar time. You will also have to go through all the usual checks and balances with the landlord. Hmu to arrange viewings x
