Cosy mezzanine room available in our lovley 3 bed house, perfectly located in a really nice part of Peckham.

I've loved living in this house and I'm only moving out because I will be moving in with my girlfriend in August, it's an excellent afforable room, the house is in a great area, it has a garden and Ruby/Antigoni are both great. The room is £690 not including bills which are around £100 per month.

The Room: A double mezzanine bed with a good amount of storage underneath, clothes rail and space for a small desk. There is also a cupboard on the landing for extra storage. The room is at the back of the house so it's nice and quiet.

The House: The perfect sized house for 3 people, lovely wooden floorboards and a shared garden. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a sitting room, seperate toilet and shower rooms with a shared garden at the back.

The Area: 10-15 minute walk to Peckham Rye station, within walking distance of everything Peckham has to offer as well as a short walk to East Dulwich or Bellenden Road, Peckham Rye Common is just at the end of the road. It's a quiet road and the neighbors are freindly on both sides.

The Housemates: You will be moving in with Ruby & Antigoni both friendly young professionals. Ruby works for a photography company and Antigoni is a freelance journalist. They’re both great, easy to get on with, respectful people always happy to go for a pint or hang out in the kitchen/ sitting room.
