Myself and my house mate Rachael are looking for 2 female professionals to join our home from September 1st 2026! ✨

We're looking for two friendly, female professionals, 24+ old (no students) to take the two available rooms in our home. Ideally, we'd love a pair of friends looking to move together, but we're also happy to hear from individuals too.

Just a 3-minute walk to Queens Road Peckham Station

10-minute walk to Peckham Rye Station

Great transport links into Central London and surrounded by loads of lovely cafés, pubs and shops.

🏡 Room 1 (larger room): £1,181 pcm (including bills)

🏡 Room 2: £1,103 pcm (including bills)

The larger room is slightly bigger, which is why the prices differ, but both are great-sized rooms with plenty of natural light & storage.

We send most of our bills to our landlord directly which makes life a whole lot easier! And our landlord is a legend 🤓 really friendly, chill and on the ball.

The photos attached includes all the shared spaces and the 2 rooms available.

The room with the furniture circled is the smaller room. Only the items of furniture circled are not included in the room. The current tenant moved old storage out the room in to the communal areas, so these can be moved back in to the room so you won’t be missing out on storage & furniture 🤗

The house has been newly refurbished since the photos were taken, including fresh furniture and a makeover of the garden/patio with fresh tiling & plants!
