Bright Double Room with Own Bathroom & Balcony

My little sister is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over the second room in our flat.

I’ve lived here for the last 18 months and genuinely love it. I’m an interior designer, so the flat is kept nice and homely.

The available room is a good-sized double and comes with its own separate bathroom (not ensuite) with a bath and loads of storage. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living area is already furnished with my stuff, but sis is taking the dining table and chairs when she leaves. So theres not too much you’d need to bring apart from your own bedroom furniture.

The flat has a private balcony, and there’s also a shared courtyard for all residents to enjoy. Underground parking is available too if you need it.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and easy to live with. It would be lovely to build a genuine friendship, but I also really value my home as my safe space to switch off and recharge after work. I’m obsessed with spinning and barre which I do most days after work - and wfh once a week!
