Lovely room in 3 bedroom terrace house off Bellenden Road, 5 minute walk from Peckham Rye Station. It has a patio outside of your room and a roof terrace shared with the other housemates.

The other two housemates are: Zoe (31) works in the charity sector and Dawn (34) who works in animation. The third bonus housemate is Stevie the dog - who is an absolute sweetheart (she lives in the house half of the time) - so liking dogs is a definite must!

The house often watches films together, goes for walks with the dog and sometimes goes for a drink in the pub or an outdoor swim.

Bills come to approximately £160.
