Two friends and I have recently signed a lease on a gorgeous, new renovated flat in Peckham.

Two of us will be traveling during August and we’re looking to sublet one of our bedrooms out to someone from August 10th - September 10th (with the end date negotiable).

About the flat:
- Across the street from Peckham Rye Common
- 5-10 mins from coffee shops and pubs
- 10 mins walk to Peckham Rye Station
- Two toilets
- One full bathroom with lots of storage, shower, and bathtub
- Gas stove
- Washing machine, no dryer
- Large reception room
- Balcony overlooking the park

About room:
- Open to negotiation on the price (council tax is covered but other bills are not included)
- Built-in wardrobe with shelves and rod for hangers
- North-facing windows (still gets beautiful light and you'll be much cooler during this hot London summer)
- Dimensions: 117.5 inches x 134 inches
- Furnished with bed, mattress, pillows and sheets

About the flatmates:

You'll be living with one of our flatmates who works in Central London in person most days of the week. She's super friendly, creative, and clean. She's looking for a social flatmate, but is respectful of girls who maybe just need a quiet, chill place to crash 🙂 While the other two of us won't be there in August, we have been known to rock-climb together, do some painting, and cook delicious food!
