Large single room for rent in a modern 2 bedroom flat in Peckham, South London. The room has been newly decorated, and there is a fast wi-fi broadband internet connection.
The room is furnished with a large double bed, built–in wardrobe, desk, filing cabinet, book shelves and hi-fi system. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

The flat is on the top floor of a quiet 5 story block with lift situated on a main street in Peckham, and is handy for many bus routes to central and south London. 2 overground rail stations and a large supermarket are within a 5 minute walk away.

The rent is £480 per month, plus a half share of gas and electricity bills.
One month rent in advance is required plus one month deposit.

I’m easy going, retired and write novels and screenplays in my spare time, so someone fairly quiet would be preferred.
