Double Room in Peckham 🌸

Heya! We have a room available in our lovely home in Peckham (SE15). You’ll be living with three amazing girls, all working professionals aged 27-29. They’re a sociable and friendly bunch who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space.

The house is in a peaceful residential area but close to fantastic bars and restaurants. We are a few mins walk away from Queens Road station, so getting into central, east and south London is super easy, plus excellent bus connections.

The room came unfurnished but I’d be willing to sell some of my furniture, it also has two built in wardrobes so there is lots of storage space.

The property also boasts a cozy lounge, a separate kitchen, and a garden!

I’m moving out because I’ve got a new job outside of London so looking for someone to take over my room from the 13th September, but this date is flexible.

Rent is £810 pcm, Deposit is £923.06, and bills work out to £100-150.
