Double Room w/King Bed - Mon to Fri only

We have a bright, organised and clean double room available in our 3-bedroom flat in Peckham. It is available only on a weekday basis, although we’d consider Sunday evening to Friday, for example. We would be happy to negotiate a lesser number of nights also.

The flat is located in a relatively quiet area and is adjacent to a pleasant footpath between Rye Lane, offering a range of supermarkets and shops, and Burgess Park. It is well located for universities and workplaces across Central London. It is about a 15-minute walk from Peckham Rye station, with a large range of services to a range of central London terminal stations, alongside suburban services to East and Southwest London. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away with frequent buses to Elephant & Castle, and King’s Cross. There are also quiet and convenient cycling routes into Central London.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable king sized bed, open wardrobe, cupboards, small fold down desk, monitor and chair. The flat itself is securely accessed, has a separate kitchen and living room, one full size bathroom and an additional WC, alongside a small balcony. We have a large fridge, gas hob, a range of kitchen appliances (including an espresso machine and air fryer!), gigabit WiFi, good water pressure and a reliable boiler.

We are a relaxed and friendly couple in our early 30s, and are looking for somebody who is clean, considerate and happy living in a shared flat. The both of us work during the week, with one of us full-time from home and the other mostly from an office. We are both relatively social and spend a chunk of our weekday evenings out and about. We also have a short-hair, friendly cat.

The room would suit somebody seeking a comfortable weekday base in city. We are flexible in regard to both the total number of weekdays you would like to stay. The payment amount agreed will be dependent on the number of nights and will be inclusive of all bills.
