Bright double room in friendly house share

Hello there! Bright double room available in a home share for a friendly young professional.

We are 3 friends in our late 20s / early 30s who have created a sociable, family vibe in our flat in Peckham and are looking for someone who wants a similar set up.

The flat is set across several floors and gets a lot of natural light and we are lucky to have a lovely big balcony that we like to host friends on. The room has a double bed already, other furniture is available but optional. We are a 5 minute walk from Burgess Park, 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye overground station and a 15 minute bus ride to Elephant & Castle underground - northern line.

A little bit more about us: Cat works for a charity, Ele works in social impact and is doing a PHD and we both work mostly from home. Jenny works in film and tv so is sometimes away working on projects. We’re all quite creative, active people with different hobbies - whether thats watching a movie at home, swimming at brockwell lido or finding a fun Latin night out to go for a dance.

We have quite a few friends living in Peckham that sometimes come over to hang out but we always make sure we maintain a clean cosy environment.
