Room in 4 bed house available

Looking for someone to take over my lovely bedroom available in a spacious four bedroom house with a terrace and garden, plus a garden studio for extra storage. Ideally looking for someone to take the room from 1st October, but there’s some flexibility on the move in date.

Rent is £1,152 per month, plus approximately £150 for bills.

There’s plenty of communal space, including an open plan kitchen and lounge with a dishwasher, and a downstairs office if you work from home. There’s also a separate laundry and drying room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. You’ll share a large bathroom with two others, with both a bath and shower.

You’ll be living with three boys aged 28 to 32 who enjoy football, music and trips to the pub. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and have loved hanging out with the boys. We’ve got a really lovely house dynamic! Ideally, we’d love another girl to take my room and keep that balance.

We’re looking for someone who wants to feel part of the house and enjoys spending time together, while still respecting everyone’s own space.
