Hello ✌️ I am subletting my room in Peckham while I am travelling for ~6 months starting this November. The room is in a nice new build flat on Queens Road Peckham which is shared with my two housemates both ~30yo. The flat has a large kitchen living area, a terrace and access to a shared garden also.
We’re a social house and each enjoy music, food, comedy, gigs, etc. But also each have our own friends/things going on. Looking for someone who is easy to get along with, clean and just generally chill.
Room is £1050 incl. bills, w/ a £500 deposit.
I’m looking for someone to fill the room from when I move out at the start of November ideally until I come back in April/May. Would prefer someone who is keen to stay that whole time, but can be flexible with a shorter term let e. g. for 3 months if needed.
