Looking for a new housemate to join our Peckham home. I am moving out to go travelling & looking for a working professional to replace myself in the tenancy contract. Move in date would be mid-November 2026 (with potentially some flexibility).

The House
-The house is located in Peckham SE15 (4 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham overground station).
-Modern London Townhouse split across three floors.
-Open-plan kitchen & dining room, communal lounge, outdoor area & garden, and small private gym.
-We have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
-Rent is 1,340GBP per month (incl. expenses).

The Room
-Third floor attic room with sky-lights and lots of natural light.
-Potential to have a dedicated work space in the bedroom.
-Sharing the third floor bathroom with one other person.

The Housemates
-Sharing with three other working professions (31 - 37 y/o) and a 1 year old puppy.
-Kind, easy-going, and independent focusing on work goals, ambitions, and additional hobbies.

As per the landlord's referencing check requirements, our new tenant must be employed full-time, and have UK working-rights.
