Sub-let big room in Peckham

I'm looking to sub-let my big double room in Peckham over Christmas period, from 21 Dec - 1 Feb. I'm open to dates within this too so do reach out if you are looking for a room for some of this time.

It's such a lovely big room, comfy king size bed, desk, storage. I can remove as much of my belongings as you want. But you are welcome to use some of it if useful (winter bedding, duvet, pillows, hairdryer, towels etc)

The house is a terraced 3-story house tucked away in the quietest cul-de-sac ever (honestly no sounds from street apart from some odd foxes and birds). The street is lined with trees, which are the view from the bedroom widow. 🌳 The bedroom is east facing and get the morning sun. 🌞

Peckhams a great area, there's so much to do around, great bars, restaurants, exhibitions, gigs. I can give you lots of recommendations if needed as I've been living here a while!

The house is in a great location transport wise, it's a 3-min walk from Queens Road Peckham station, from which you can be in central London (Charing Cross/ Trafalgar Square) in 25-mins, east london (Dalston Junction) in 25-mins.

The other housemates are lovely, all working professionals in early 30's, we have a nice friendly vibe in the house so you will be warmly welcomed for your stay.

Saying that the house will be really quiet over Christmas, with everyone going home over the holidays, so you'll have the place to yourself a bit.

Also I share the third floor with one other who will actually be away for the whole of January, so you will have pretty much private use of a whole level of the house, which includes 2 toilets, one which has a bath. So I would consider the room an en-suite

It would be ideal for anyone wanting to spend the holidays in London, a base for househunting, or just a holiday away!
