Double room in lovely 5-bed house in Peckham!💐

After 4 years of living in my beautiful home, i am finally moving! The bedroom comes with a double-bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, desk chair and clothing rail.

The house comes with a gated-in patio, a super large living room with a dining area, 2 big storage cupboards, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom, as well as medium-sized kitchen with two (2!) fridges! The heating is free, but all other bills are paid.

But more importantly this flat comes with the most wonderful people, and dinner parties, movie nights and trips to the bar are not amiss in this house. The other occupants are 4 girls, all professionals, with ages ranging from 23-27! (They are losing my 2 cats in this move, so those with pets will probably be considered slightly more than those without - don’t let that deter you)

The house is a 5 minute walk to the Queens Road Peckham station, which has the windrush and national rail, and a 15-ish minute walk from Peckham Rye. There are also lots of direct bus routes to Elephant and Castle, Camberwell, Vauxhall, Oval, etc.
