We're looking for a new flatmate to live with us in Peckham / Nunhead, SE15, South London.

A room in our flat will be available from August 20th - it’s a rolling contract so it’s super flexible, we’re open to both long term and short term flatmates.

- Bills: around 110 per month including gas, electric, council tax, water and wi-fi.
- Available from: 20th November
- Short or long term tenancy
- Room can be furnished (mattress only) or unfurnished.
- Double room with lots of natural light, south facing window.

Flat details:

- 3 bedroom flat on the first floor with 1 bathroom. Flat has great natural light and rooftop access.
- Living with two POC women, aged 29 and 30.

Location Details:

- 10 min walk from Nunhead Station (National
Rail) and 13 min walk from Peckham Rye Station (National Rail / Overground).
- It has great bus links that go direct to Shoreditch and King’s Cross and more.
- Just next to Peckham Rye Park and Nunhead Cemetery.
- Pubs, groceries stores and restaurants all within minutes walking distance.
