Hi, I am in the process of selling my flat (hopefully) and I am looking for someone who wants a short term place to stay (2-3 months to start with) in a really great area of Peckham. Quiet street, 8 minutes walk to Peckham Rye station. Loads of bars and shops in nearby Bellenden Road and beyond. The flat is scruffy but warm and comfortable. It will be 'professionally' cleaned when my tenant moves out and then probably be cleaned again by me, doing the bits the professionals have missed.
Some of the furniture in the photos belongs to my tenant but whatever is missing/needed can be provided. The rent is flexible and the flat will need to be occasionally viewed (again, hopefully) via the estate agent.
