Room in Sociable House Share in Peckham – £925 pcm

Hey everyone!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our sociable house share in Peckham, as I’m moving abroad! Ideally, we’re looking for someone to move in at the end of November or beginning of December, so we’re hoping to find someone ASAP.

We’re currently 2 boys and 3 girls living in the house and would ideally love another boy to join us, but we’re open to having another girl too!

We’re a friendly, sociable bunch who enjoy going out for drinks, having people over and hosting things at ours. We also love a chilled evening together, whether that’s cooking, watching films or just hanging out.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, sociable, clean and tidy, and who wants to feel at home with their housemates rather than just share a space.

Rent: £925 per month, excluding bills (usually around £70 per month).

Location: Peckham, less than a 5-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station, with the Overground taking around 7 minutes to London Bridge.
