Large double - Peckham/Nunhead (2-3 mo)

Hello!

I’m looking for a short-term housemate until around the end of February. Move in date end of November, but can be flexible with exact dates.

The flat/room:

The flat is a 2-bed, split over two floors (first and second). It has a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, extra toilet and a storage room (where I keep my bike etc. - welcome to do the same!).

The available bedroom is lovely and spacious and comes furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clothes rail and desk.

The house is a homely and calm space, which I keep clean and tidy so am looking for someone who would do the same.

Location:

The flat is just off Queens Road - less than 5 min walk from Queens Road Peckham overground, with Nunhead train station a 10 min walk on the other side.

I’ve lived here for 2.5yrs and love the flat and the area! It’s easily walkable into Peckham and Nunhead, both full of fab restaurants, pubs, shops and things to do. Also lovely green space nearby (Peckham Rye, Nunhead cemetery etc.)!

Details:

Rent is £900 per month (which comes to around £1,130 with bills, as below).

Bills are currently around £230 each per month, which includes a fortnightly cleaner.

About me:

I’m Phoebe, 30, from London and work as a solicitor. I work 9-5, and am usually in the office 2-3 days a week (there’s plenty of space for us both to wfh without being in each others’ way!).
