Double room in Peckham

Hey!

I’m Olly, age 30, and I live in Peckham. My spare room is available to rent for up to 1 month at a time. The flat is on Peckham High Street, about a 10 min walk from Peckham Rye station. The bedroom faces away from the main road, onto a car park, and all the windows are double glazed meaning it’s very quiet.

I work typical office hours doing 2 days from home. I’m fairly extroverted and usually up for a chat, but don’t mind if you’re social or want to keep yourself to yourself. You’re welcome to work from home but we may need to juggle the space a bit to facilitate that if it’s the same day.

I like to host and have friends over about once a week and you’re welcome to do the same. Things I care about are keeping the place clean and tidy and being respectful around noise.
