You’ll share the flat with me, a tidy and approachable professional, and have access to a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with a washing machine and microwave), and a cosy living room. The flat is warm and inviting, especially during the winter months.

Situated on the first floor of a converted maisonette, the flat is in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from bus stops and overground train stations. From here, you can reach:
• London Bridge in 8 minutes
• Canary Wharf and Cannon Street in 10 minutes
• Victoria, Bank, Charing Cross, and Tower Bridge in 20 minutes

The area is ideal for professionals or students, with Camberwell College of Arts, Goldsmiths College, London South Bank University, and Guy’s and King’s College Hospitals all nearby.

You’ll also find plenty of amenities in the neighbourhood, including supermarkets (Morrisons and Asda), Boots, a cinema, a library, 24/7 gyms, swimming pools, restaurants, and branches of all the major UK banks.

This room would suit a professional working in central London, the city, or Canary Wharf who wants a convenient and hassle-free commute. While a Monday-to-Friday let is preferred, I’m flexible and happy to accommodate occasional weekend stays, full 7-day lets or alternative schedules.
