We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly home! A bright and spacious double room will be available from 15 April 2026. Our lovely house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Camberwell College of Arts and the vibrant Peckham area, right in the heart of Zone 2.

The neighborhood boasts various local amenities such as shops, markets, and bars, along with excellent transport connections to central London. You can easily reach Elephant and Castle in just a short bus ride of 10 minutes, and both Peckham Rye Station and Peckham High Street are only a few minutes away.

The double room is fully furnished, featuring a comfortable double bed, bedside table, desk and chest of drawers. Additionally, the room enjoys ample natural light. The monthly rent includes all bills, and we provide fiber optic WiFi as well. To secure the room, we require a deposit of £950, along with one month's rent paid upfront.

You will be sharing the house with friendly and creative individuals who have been long-term residents of this property. We are seeking professionals who would fit into this delightful atmosphere. We primarily work from home, so it's crutial for us to find someone who is respectful of this and actively contributes to maintaining a clean and organized household.
