This room is available for 135/week starting approx 20 Jun. This is a good-sized single room 8.5' x 8.5' that has a 1m cupboard, a 105cm desk and a single bed. It has excellent south-facing sunlight overlooking a quiet garden area below.

The property has been completely renovated 3 years earlier with new electrics, plastering, decoration, kitchen and bathrooms. It is renovated to a high standard with marble tiling and wood floors, and is longing for someone who will enjoy it!!

The flat is located in Peckham **SE15 6BD** you are three miles from city centre with excellent bus connections.

The price is all-inclusive with nothing further to pay for internet, utilities or council tax.

Burgess Park, a fantastic and very large park, is located directly across the road.
